1:1 Breathwork Experience - Virtual Sessions using Zoom App.

I teach a Transformational Breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breathing. Please read "Conscious Connected Breathing" for more information on this technique. In this session, you'll be guided for 45 minutes through a powerful and extended breathwork practice. The focus is continuous deep breathing without pausing between the inhale and exhale to release tension and promote inner healing.


Come for a transformational experience with your breath. In this session, you will experience a gentle yet powerful deep dive into your subconscious to clear any stuck energy, remove what no longer serves, and return to a space of love and acceptance.

You don't need any experience.

How to prepare for a session:

  • Refrain from eating a large meal for at least 1 hour during the session
  • Find a comfortable place to lie down, a place where you will not be interrupted for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Have water next to you to drink before or after the session
  • Have a blanket near you
  • Dim the light or close the curtains
  • Have a blindfold or a towel to put over your eyes
  • Use headphones or earbuds
  • tissues
  • Avoid any alcohol or stimulants before the session
  • I highly recommend that your music be loud during the session. That helps with breath concentration 
  • A journal and pen

Please note that Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with a history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or respiratory conditions. If you fall into these categories, it is best to consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
