Hello! I’m Tania, and I’m excited to share the transformative journey I experienced in Bali, Indonesia, where I sought healing.  My goal was to engage in activities that would help me overcome depression, anxiety, and stress.  I eagerly enrolled in various classes, including sound healing, third-eye meditation, and kundalini activation.

One of the most impactful moments of my trip occurred during a Conscious Connected Breathing session.  Just 10 to 15 minutes into the practice, I unearthed a long-buried memory from over 30 years ago—a feeling of guilt that I had no idea was lingering in my subconscious for so many years.  I was enveloped by love, joy, happiness, and peace as I released that guilt.  It was truly an extraordinary experience that ignited my passion for breathwork.

From that moment, I knew I wanted to help others discover the healing power of breath just as I did.  I look forward to connecting with you on this beautiful journey!
